We had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were modern and fresh. The location was excellent, being super close to the Eonju metro station. Transportation was convenient, with easy access to the metro and bus stations. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of Gangnam. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the nearest metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel offered complimentary water and supplements, which was a nice touch. The location was great, with a bus stop nearby for easy transportation to the airport. the staff was sincere and tried their best to assist me throughout my stay.
The room slippers provided were poorly made and not very comfortable. The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold, despite technicians attempting to fix it.
